“Some 18 months ago I began working with Jesse to get in shape.  As a management consultant, who is on the road all week, I needed a program that would make sense for someone with a rapidly changing schedule.  We developed a routine of regular Saturday workouts, supplemented by ones I could do on the road.  When I began, I had no regular workout regime and was suffering from shoulder and leg pains on my right side.  During the course of our work together (mainly me working, him directing), both the shoulder and leg pain are now completely gone.  When I began, I could not rotate my arms any farther back than directly over my head.  Now I can completely rotate from front to back with no pain at all.  We also embarked on a program of dietary supplements that work in concert with the physical activity for a holistic approach to better fitness.
