How To Waste Your Time In the Gym…Part 1

If you want the illusion of fitness, perform this exercise in the gym.  Here are the facts:

  • Olympic lifts are great for developing explosive strength 
  • Medicine balls are also useful tools for developing power.

However add the two together, and you get a trainer trying to be cute and different, just for the sake of being cute and different.  This exercise removes the benefits of Olympic lifts and medicine balls and leaves you with a truly worthless exercise.

 *Bonus*

Don’t do this…cause it hurts.

 *Because it’s Friday and I like you, you get a double bonus*
